Andover First Baptist donates to Jones Memorial
Recently, the Dr. F Clifton Miller Birthing Center at Jones Memorial Hospital received a large donation from the Andover First Baptist Church in Andover, NY. Church members competed in teams, girls vs. boys, to collect change from May 12, 2024 through June 16, for this worthwhile initiative. In just over a month, the boys raised $603.45, “beating” the girl at $585.65, thanks to a last minute donation. The total donated to the birthing center was $1,189.10. These funds will be used to supply the sleep sacks that are given out to every family at the birthing center.
