Three Colorado neighborhoods among "most stunning" in U.S.

Waste Removal USA recently commissioned a survey to determine the country's "most stunning residential front yards." Three Colorado neighborhoods made the list.

Waste Removal USA surveyed 3,000 real estate professionals, diverse in terms of age, gender, and geography, and used internal data sources to obtain population data sets.

The Chautauqua neighborhood of Boulder ended up ranking 52 nationwide. This neighborhood sits at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, boasting incredible views and "homes with naturalistic landscaping that blends seamlessly with the surrounding wilderness."

Hilltop, Denver ranked 66th. According to Waste Removal USA, Hilltop is known for its wide streets and large lots. The neighborhood also features homes with "expansive, beautifully landscaped front yards that incorporate both xeriscaping and traditional green lawns, fitting well with Colorado's climate."

Colorado Springs' Old North End is the last Colorado neighborhood on the list, coming in at 95th. The neighborhood is historic, and offers a "scenic display of elegant, well-maintained Victorian homes with large, lush yards that often include mature trees and classic garden designs."

With "character-rich homes" and native Hawaiian plants and flowers, Manoa, Honolulu, Hawaii took first place.
