Winfield man, 26, remains in Oklahoma jail after July 5 pursuit across several counties
A Winfield man remains in jail in Oklahoma more than a week after a lengthy run from the law that passed through several counties and lasted for a few hours. 26-year-old Tanner L. Lowe was booked into the Osage County Jail in Pawhuska on July 5. Charges against him include attempting to elude law enforcement, not wearing a seatbelt and receiving, possessing or concealing stolen property.
