A new rivalry may be brewing in the SEC.

Over this past weekend, Ole Miss senior quarterback Jaxson Dart participated for the second year in the annual Mannings Passing Academy camp in Thibodaux, Louisiana.

While attending the popular camp that hosted some of the best college quarterbacks in the country, a video of the third-year quarterback surfaced over the weekend, showcasing his mobility and arm talent in drills.

In the spirit of lighthearted trolling, Oklahoma senior defensive back Billy Bowman reposted the clip on X with two words.

Dart, a Heisman hopeful for the expected-to-be prolific Ole Miss offense, confidently responded to Bowman's tweet.

The two will do battle on the field when Dart and the Ole Miss Rebels play Bowman and the Oklahoma Sooners on Oct. 26 in Oxford, making it the first time these schools will have met since 1999, when Ole Miss got the best of Oklahoma with Ole Miss running back legend Deuce McAllister, defeating them 27-25.

Speaking of Ole Miss legends, Eli Manning has high praise for the current Rebels' signal caller.

Bowman, who gained a reputation as a ball hawk, will be looking to build on last season's impressive performance, during which he recorded six interceptions. While Dart has proven he's one of the best QBs in the SEC, posting for 3,364 yards and 23 touchdowns last season.

It should be an exciting matchup. Of course Bowman's Sooners will be joining the SEC for the first time alongside fellow Big 12 deserters, the Texas Longhorns.

Bowman better watch out though. Dart's head coach Lane Kiffin is the legendary Twitter instigator.
