Second Puttshack location coming to Atlanta

Puttshack, an upscale and tech-infused mini golf experience with global food and drink, announced that it has signed a second Atlanta lease at High Street, the $2 billion, 36-acre mixed-use destination in Central Perimeter. The new location plans to open in 2023.

The plans for the new location follow the success of Puttshack’s first United States location in Atlanta’s The Interlock, which opened in April 2021. Puttshack also has plans to expand to Oak Brook in Chicago, Illinois; Miami, Florida; Boston, Massachusetts; Houston, Texas; Nashville, Tennessee; and Scottsdale, Arizona.

"Our first ever location in the U.S., Puttshack Atlanta, continues to exceed all expectations. We're excited to bring Puttshack to another vibrant Atlanta neighborhood as soon as possible," Joe Vrankin, CEO of Puttshack, said in a press release.

The mini golf experience is the first anchor tenant to be announced for High Street. The more than 26,000-square-foot Puttshack space will feature four custom-made, tech-driven, highly competitive mini golf courses powered by the brand's leading patented Trackaball technology. The entire game experience will include seamless automated scoring, bonus points opportunities, interactive games at each hole and more. Puttshack’s mini golf game play will also be also accompanied by an innovative, globally-inspired dining menu and a full cocktail bar.

Puttshack will have a prime location at High Street. Located at the intersection of Perimeter Center Parkway and Hammond Drive, just steps away from the Dunwoody MARTA Station, High Street offers seamless access to GA-400 and I-285. The first phase of the project breaks ground this year on 150,000 square feet of entertainment-driven retail and restaurant space, approximately 600 luxury apartment rentals, 90,000 square feet of loft offices, and 222,000 square feet of existing office space.

Puttshack will anchor High Street’s uniquely upscale and dynamic retail and public space with its location overlooking an expansive events lawn. The mini golf experience will bring to the community a new and exciting experience while being seamlessly integrated within High Street’s energetic and vibrant mixed-use environment.

Since opening its first worldwide location in London, England in 2018, Puttshack has expanded to three London Locations and one United States location in Atlanta. In addition to the second Atlanta location scheduled to open in 2023, Puttshack also plans to open a location in Oak Brook, Illinois on November 3, 2021, followed by Miami, Boston, Houston, and Scottsdale in 2022, as well as a Nashville location in 2023. Puttshack expects to announce more U.S. locations with plans to open in 2022 and beyond.
