80/94 FlexRoad Meetings in Indiana and Illinois
The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) says two public meetings are this week for the 80/94 FlexRoad project to improve traffic flow and safety along Indiana’s busiest interstate corridor. The first is Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at the Hammond Sportsplex and Community Center; the other is Thursday August 15, 2024, at the Irwin Community Center in Homewood, Illinois. Both are 5:30 to 7 pm with a presentation at 6. FlexRoad includes 14 miles of the Borman Expressway from Interstate 65 in Gary to Illinois 394 in Cook County.
