Though it's an Asian restaurant, it's primarily frequented by non-Asians, so you might initially receive the "Foreign Menu." ⚠️ The dishes listed there are completely different. To get the dishes you see in my pictures, make sure to ask for the "Chinese Menu" (as shown in picture 7️⃣). 👍 Recommended Dishes: 🐔 Xinjiang Big Plate Chicken: 💰 $35, Highly Recommended 👍 The Big Plate Chicken here is really good, quite authentic in flavor, and the noodles are perfectly chewy. The only drawback is that the chicken pieces are a bit too large, making some of the thicker pieces less flavorful. 🦞 Ginger Scallion Lobster: 💰 $45, Recommended 👍 The lobster is fresh, and the ginger scallion flavor is strong - in Cantonese, we'd say it has a great "wok hei" (pan aroma)! The downside is the portion size, which is more suitable for 2-3 people. 🐟 Fish-Flavored Shredded Pork: 💰 $18, Recommended 👍 A perfect dish to accompany rice, enhanced with bamboo shoots and a sweet and sour flavor. It's a bit salty, so it's best eaten with rice. 🍜 Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles: 💰 $15, Not Recommended ❌ Not authentic; both the noodles and the seasoning miss the mark, so better skip this one.
