Police investigating fatal shooting near I-5 in Tacoma
TACOMA, Wash. — The Tacoma Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that happened near Interstate 5 Monday night. According to TPD, officers found a man with gunshot wounds on East 28th Street just before 8 p.m. First responders attempted life-saving measures, but the man died before he could be taken to a local hospital.

TACOMA, Wash. — A Pierce County judge ruled Monday that a 16-year-old accused of shooting a police officer in Tacoma could be charged as an adult. The ruling stems from a shooting last August when a Tacoma police officer was conducting an emphasis patrol on recovering stolen vehicles.
