State Police arrest a man for public lewdness in Walmart
LOCKPORT, N.Y. — The New York State Police say they arrested a 45-year-old Lockport man for alleged public lewdness while in the electronics section of Walmart. Troopers were called to the Walmart on South Transit Road in Lockport on July 15 just after 9pm for a report of a man watching inappropriate videos on a display phone in the store's electronics section, and acting inappropriately while sitting in an electronic scooter.
WILSON MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO DRUG AND GUN CHARGES

Ross announced that a Wilson, NY, man who was convicted of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, being a user of a controlled substance in possession of firearms, and being a felon in possession of firearms, was sentenced to serve 36 months in prison by Senior U.S. District Judge William M. (WNY News Now) – On Saturday morning, Dewayne A. Vass of Getzville was arraigned before Buffalo City Court Judge Diane Y. Wray, who was also acting as an Amherst Town Court Justice.
