Missing St. Francis boy found safe
ST. FRANCIS, Kan. (KWCH) - Update: The Cheyenne County Sheriff’s Office confirms a boy reported missing on Tuesday has been found and is safe. The Cheyenne County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 12-year-old boy who has been missing from the town of St. Francis since Tuesday morning. Reports show he was headed east on Webster Street at 7:06 a.m.

One More Day of Heat Wave
The heat wave will last one more day before we get a break in the high temperatures. A heat advisory will be in effect for southeast Kansas, most of Oklahoma, southern Missouri and all of Arkansas today. The advisories start between 11 and 1 p.m. and will last until 8 p.m. Coffeyville is expected to see a high of 99 with a heat index up to 109 today.

WICHITA, Kan. - Nebraska Select 18G won the US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup on Tuesday, in Wichita, Kan. Select is the only year-round competitive soccer program for high school-aged boys and girls west of Lincoln. The team led by former UNK soccer head coach Mike Munch went undefeated in pool play to earn the #1 seed for bracket play.
