Until the wins start coming in, Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni is going to need to continue to reassure fans and the media that his relationship with quarterback Jalen Hurts is intact.

When asked by NFL Network reporter Jane Slater how his relationship with Hurts has evolved over the year, Sirianni made sure to double down on his most recent take that the two are just fine, but noted there's always room to grow.

"Every relationship needs work the entire time," Sirianni said. "If you're not working on it, it's not growing. And so, you know, it's great that we're back here at year four together and just continuing to grow our relationship. But I think the world of him. I'm so glad he's our starting quarterback, and the leader that he is. And so I look forward to this next year with him again, year four. And just to continue to build on that relationship, but he's, he's been awesome as a leader. He's been awesome on the field, and really looking forward to the way he can do this season."

The vibes at training camp seem to be off to a great start between Hurts and Sirianni who, as Slater mentioned, were seen riding around laughing together in the golf cart.

Hurts has also had a terrific training camp as far as learning Kellen Moore's new offense goes. Per Moore, Hurts is in control and in command of the offense .

Additionally, Hurts has not thrown a single interception on 145 pass attempts through eight practices. He's also tossed 16 touchdowns at camp as of Monday.

These are all great signs but let's hope they translate well into the season.
