On Sunday afternoon, the Indiana Fever will face off against the Phoenix Mercury in one of the most highly-anticipated matchups of the year.

This regular-season contest will feature the first ever matchup between No. 1 overall pick Caitlin Clark and superstar veteran Diana Taurasi. The game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN, and millions will no doubt tune in.

ESPN has announced its broadcasting team for this Fever-Mercury matchup. The marquee contest will be led by legendary play-by-play voice Mark Jones.

Jones will be joined by analysts Debbie Antonelli and Christine Williamson.

All eyes will be on this matchup as Clark and Taurasi meet for the first time. Earlier this year, Taurasi sparked controversy around the basketball world when she suggested Clark is in for a rude awakening at the WNBA level.

Since that day, WNBA fans have had their calendars marked for this Fever-Mercury matchup.

Clark and the Fever lost to the Seattle Storm on Thursday night, marking their second straight loss this week. Taurasi and the Mercury will face off against the Los Angeles Sparks on Friday night.

Sunday's game will tipoff at 3 p.m. ET on ESPN.
