9-story apartment building proposed near Syracuse University
Syracuse, N.Y. -- A developer from New York City has proposed building a nine-story apartment building near the Syracuse University campus. Gem Street Holdings LLC has filed plans with the city to build the 47-unit apartment building where two homes now stand at 411 and 413 University Ave. The two homes would be demolished.

The Onondaga County Clerk’s office registered home sales during the week of June 30 to July 6. The most expensive home on the list has 12-bedrooms, 7 and a half baths on 8.49 acres at the edge of Tully Lake. It has 500 feet of water access. It sold for $1.9 million.
