Caitlin Clark's Viral Shot vs. Mercury Gives WNBA Fans Incredible Flashbacks

The Indiana Fever scraped by the Phoenix Mercury on Friday night following an awful second half performance from Christie Sides and the Fever. This victory was much thanks to their star rookie Caitlin Clark as she had yet another unbelievable outing.

Not only did she score 21 points, but she dished out 13 dimes as well. That said, her scoring certainly impressed as well as she had a couple of really amazing shots fall in. One shot in particular was paired with a classic Clark move and drained despite being highly contested. This shot was so impressive, that some WNBA fan's noticed it looked a bit familiar.

Though it's Clark's game and who she is as a player, it is really incredible that she can dominate the WNBA as she did in college. These plays were what Clark thrived on and how she continued to make history.

Not only the play, but the celebration after added the cherry on top and even further resembled her at Iowa. To anyone that said her game wouldn't translate to the WNBA, this clip proves that theory very wrong.
