Paige Bueckers was in the house at Phoenix's Footprint Center on Saturday night to take in the WNBA All-Star Game matchup between Team WNBA and Team USA.

Though Bueckers has not yet entered the WNBA ranks, she's already earned the respect and admiration of many of the league's top players.

Before the game, Bueckers met on the court with all-time great WNBA legend Diana Taurasi — and a photo of the meeting is making the rounds on social media.

"Paige’s wnba world tour brought her to the valley. everyone plz take a moment to admire the side profile view of the slick back buns," the Phoenix Mercury wrote on X.

Bueckers responded to this photo with a simple description of Taurasi — commenting a "GOAT" emoji.

Bueckers could've been one of the top picks in this year's stacked WNBA rookie class, but she instead elected to return for another season at the collegiate level with the UConn Huskies.

Bueckers is entering the 2024-25 season as one of the undisputed faces of college basketball. And when her time with UConn is up, she'll no doubt enter the WNBA as when of the top picks in the draft.

Taurasi and Team USA fell to Team WNBA with a 117-109 final score. They'll now look to bounce back as they begin their quest for gold at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
