PLOVER, Wis. (WSAW) - A Plover man has shared a video of a rare weather phenomenon. Dan Derezinski captured a video of the circumzenithal arc on July 3. According to EarthSky.com, it’s not a rainbow but is caused by ice crystals in the upper atmosphere. The arcs are related to the frequently seen halos around the sun or moon.
