TAZEWELL, VA (WVNS) — A Tazewell County man was charged with multiple felonies, some of which included child abuse.

The incidents relating to Osborne’s charges occurred through December 1, 2012 and December 16, 2019.

This has been a very long and taxing investigation, our Detective and Patrol Divisions have worked tirelessly to ensure a good case was presented to the Grand Jury.

Our Victim Witness program in conjunction with the Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office has put in a tremendous number of hours working with the victims of Mr. Osborne’s crimes. There is still plenty of work to do but we are on the right track for getting these victims the justice they deserve.
