• Spirit Historical Society Memorial Day Weekend Barn Dance, 7 p.m. to midnight at the Darrel and Luann Lind Farm, N1169 German Settlement Road, Spirit. Basket and craft raffles. Karl Lind will DJ, and Gary Edinger will teach square dancing. Entry for a donation with proceeds going to support finishing the Spirit machine shed.
