IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the weekly women’s soccer honors for the second week of the season. Roebuck scored four goals against Prairie View A&M on Sunday, August 25, one of five 4-goal matches in the country this season. The senior also picked up a goal against Texas Southern on Thursday, August 22. It was the first 4-goal match in The American since Georgia Brown scored four goals for South Florida against Florida College on September 7, 2023.

Senior safety Jayden Hill transferred to North Texas before the spring semester and has swiftly emerged as a difference-maker on defense. Ever since arriving in Denton, Hill has successfully adapted to his role on defense. Players with Hill's combination of size and speed are instrumental in fortifying the safety position for the Mean Green in 2024. Last season, the position encountered troubles due to a lack of experience and length.
