Funeral arrangements made for Lawrence County deputy killed in crash
LAWRENCE COUNTY, Tenn. (WZTV) — Funeral arrangements have been made for a Middle Tennessee deputy who tragically lost his life in a crash Wednesday, just before the holiday. Anthony Michael Cutcher, 36, of Pulaski, Tennessee passed away at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg. Cutcher was born in North Carolina, but a Tennessee native since 1995.

Beryl may bring tropical moisture, heavy rain to Tennessee Valley
The Weather Authority team is closely monitoring the track of Beryl, which is now a Tropical Storm in the Gulf of Mexico as of Friday evening. The storm is expected to continue to track northwest toward Texas over the weekend. It will likely strengthen back into a hurricane before making landfall somewhere near Corpus Christi on Monday. Model data has continued to track the storm farther north and a landfall near Corpus Christi is looking more likely.
