Quincy Man Arrested, Charged with Firearm and Drug Trafficking in Dorchester Raids
On Thursday, a series of search warrants were executed by detectives affiliated with the Human Trafficking and Crimes Against Children Unit at two Dorchester locations, leading to the arrest of a Quincy man. The Boston Police Department's report states that on earlier this week, the raids took place at 908 and 912 Morton Street. Luis Lugo, 37, is facing multiple charges including unlawful firearm possession, ammunition possession, drug trafficking, and an armed career criminal charge.

An unlicensed driver crashed through a fence and landed on MBTA train tracks causing trains to be delayed Tuesday, MBTA Transit Police said.
