CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is encouraging community members to safely dispose of unused medications for their Drug Take Back Day. The CDC reported over 107 thousand drug overdose deaths in 2023 alone. RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TN - Dyslexia is a common learning disorder affecting many students in both Rutherford County Schools and the Murfreesboro City School System.
