Vibrant Fusion of Mexi-Colombian Flavors Coming Soon to Revere

A new Mexi-Colombian restaurant and bar will soon debut in Revere .

La Cantina is all set to open its doors at 488 Broadway , taking over the former site of Companions. Owner and chef Juan Preciado —who also owns nearby Colombian restaurant Juan Parrilla Bar & Grill —told What Now Boston that he hopes to welcome guests to the new eatery within the next few weeks, pending routine city inspections.

Preciado envisions La Cantina as a place where patrons can indulge in “authentic flavors” and revel in an “unmatched party” atmosphere. Expect dishes like pollo a la plancha (Colombian-style grilled chicken), tacos, and arepas, complemented by classic, tequila-heavy cocktails like cantaritos and margaritas.
