Two brothers charged in incident that injured four Rochester officers
Two brothers were charged in connection with a weekend incident on East Main Street that injured four Rochester police officers. Alexander Lugo-Torres, 26, and Alexis Lugo-Torres, 27, are each charged with four counts of second-degree assault (against a police officer), a felony, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, said Capt. Greg Bello of the Rochester Police Department.
