Blossom Road Pub in Rochester reopening in the fall with new concept

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Over a year after it closed, the famous Rochester pub, The Blossom Road Pub will be re-opening in the fall of this year.

In a Facebook post Sunday, Dan Zambito said that he and his business partner, John Bourgeois, would be bringing a new concept to the space.

“The concept for our new tavern will be for football and soccer fans who are looking for a spot that guarantees their game of choice will be playing,” Zambito’s post read. “Food and drink menus will be themed towards Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and England, with revolving specials weekly and daily.”

Blossom Road Pub closed in June of 2023. The space at the corner of Blossom Road and N. Winton Road in Rochester, opened under that name in 2016.

In 2020, the pub also served as the pop-up kitchen for Chick’n Out.
