Two men were stabbed in northwest Rochester Monday night, according to police.

Officers were called to Dewey and Driving Park avenues just before 9 p.m. following a fight in the area, said Lt. Anthony DelVecchio of the Rochester Police Department. There, police found a 20-year-old Rochester man and a 22-year-old Rochester man, who had both been stabbed. The younger man was stabbed multiple times in his upper and lower body and the other was stabbed at least once in the upper body.

Both stabbing victims were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment, DelVecchio said.

Officers are investigating to determine what precipitated the stabbing. No charges have been filed in connection with the incident.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
