ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Thu De, 27, for allegedly delivering meth.

On July 8th, Winnebago County Sheriff’s Deputies and Narcotics Unit were conducting surveillance on a house in the 1900 block of South 5th Street. They were looking for De who had failed to appear in court.

Police saw the suspect walking out of a back alley towards South 5th Street on 18th Avenue and he knocked on a door, according to court records.

When officials took him into custody they found 24.5 grams of methamphetamine on his person, police said.

De was charged with delivery of meth.
