Despite opposition, Planning Board approves two-lot subdivision on Jefferson Road
The Princeton Planning Board approved a two-lot subdivision proposed for 479 Jefferson Road, on the corner of Jefferson and Cuyler roads, at a special meeting June 25. The meeting was a continuation of the Planning Board’s April 18 meeting. Developer Estate Shore LLC outlined plans to demolish the existing 1,200-square-foot house on the lot and build two single-family houses on the new lots. A variance would be required for the new lots.
Victim shot 14 times, now NJ man sentenced for role in attempted robbery
A Middlesex County man is headed to prison for his role in an attempted robbery in New Brunswick where the victim was shot 14 times. 23-year-old Jonathan Rosales of New Brunswick previously pleaded guilty to an indictment charging him with conspiracy to commit Hobbs Act robbery and attempted Hobbs Act robbery.
