Two men facing charges after violent road rage incident, shooting near MIT’s campus, police say
An initial investigation revealed that two drivers who did not know each other were involved in a road rage incident. One driver, Cesar Gutierrez, 65, of Revere allegedly hit the other, Kevin Osorio, 30, of Boston, with a blunt object.
