Missing woman last seen in West Virginia found safe

Update: 7/28/2024 — A missing woman who was last seen on July 21 in West Virginia has been found safe.

A short Facebook post from the Ronceverte Police Department Saturday evening stated that Chandler Reed had been found safe. The department also thanked those who assisted in the search.

No other information has been released at this time.

Original: RONCEVERTE, W.Va. (WBOY) — Law enforcement officers in Greenbrier County are searching for a woman who they say has been missing since Sunday and was last seen in Ronceverte.

According to a post on social media from the Roncerverte Police Department , 28-year-old Chandler Reed was last seen on July 21 driving a silver Volkswagen Jetta with West Virginia license plates as well as a front vanity plate that says “Chandler.”

Reed is described as standing around five foot seven inches and weighs around 125 pounds. She also has brunette hair and brown eyes.
