CeeDee Lamb Goes Viral For Blunt Response to Cowboys Contract Questions

CeeDee Lamb is tired of talking about his ongoing contract negotiations with the Dallas Cowboys.

Lamb will host a youth football camp in Round Rock, Texas later this week — and the superstar wide receiver doesn't plan on fielding any questions about his highly-publicized contract situation.

"I’m not speaking about any contract negotiations, if that’s your questions.. You’ll get 0 answers. It’s about the kids," Lamb said in response to a social media post suggesting he could potentially discuss his contract situation at the camp.

Lamb's response already has more than 9,000 likes and 800 reposts.

Lamb skipped the Cowboys' offseason program, including mandatory minicamp, as he continues to seek a longterm extension with the organization. He's already drawn more than $100,000 in fines due to his decision to holdout.

Lamb is set to earn $17.99 million in 2024 on the fifth-year option. But, with the skyrocketing wide receiver market, Lamb wants to be paid as a top WR option as soon as possible.

Lamb is not expected to report to training camp until he has a new deal, per multiple reports. Cowboys training camp begins in Oxnard, California on July 25.
