    Boba Tea has become quite popular in the United States. It is also known as Bubble Tea. It commonly consists of tea which has in it chewy tapioca balls called boba or pearls. It can be made with other toppings as well. Boba Tea was brought to the United States in the 1990s by immigrants from Taiwan. [from Wikipedia]
