Canlis shines as a pinnacle of fine dining in Seattle. There are breathtaking views of the Cascade Mountains from the restaurant. The scenery is striking, and the culinary creations are excellent.

The restaurant has been in the Canlis family for three generations. It was started over 70 years ago.

This is a high end restaurant which is serving a multi-course dining experience where patrons choose three of the courses and get surprises from the staff with several others (for $180).

They are currently open on Mondays through Fridays until Labor Day when they will return to their Monday through Saturday schedule.
