Here’s where you can watch fireworks for Fourth of July in the Sacramento region

(FOX40.COM) — Fireworks displays are part of traditional celebrations for the Fourth of July in the United States.

In Northern California, there are a list of places where fireworks shows are taking place on or around Independence Day.

Citrus Heights

Location: Van Maren Park; 6601 Thalia Way, Citrus Heights, CA 95621

Cost: Admission is free

Time: June 29; 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Elk Grove

Location: 9950 Elk Grove-Florin Road, Elk Grove, CA 95624

Cost: Admission is free, parking is $10

Time: July 4, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

11th Annual Fourth on the Field at Sutter Health Park

Location: 400 Ballpark Drive, West Sacramento, CA 95691

Cost: Advance tickets are $15 and increase to $18.50 on the day of the event. Family four-pack tickets are available for $12.50 per day ticket ($16 day of). Club level for 21-and-over attendees are available for $25 ($30 day of)

Time: July 4, Gates open at 6 p.m. Fireworks show begins at 9:30 p.m.

Rancho Cordova

Location: Hagan Community Park ; 2197 Chase Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670

Cost: $5 online, $10 at the game. Parking is $10 (cash only)

Time: July 3, gates open at 4 p.m., fireworks at 9:45 p.; July 4, gates open at 4 p.m., fireworks at 9:45 p.m.

Davis

Location: Community Park, 203 East 14th Street

Cost: Free admission

Time: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. (fireworks at 9:35 p.m.)

Woodland

Location: Woodland High School; 21 N West Street, Woodland, CA 95695

Cost: Free admission

Time: Pre-fireworks festivities begin at 6 p.m. The Fireworks show begins at 9:15 p.m.

Dixon

Location: Hall Park; 450 Hall Park Drive, Dixon, CA 95620

Cost: Free admission

Time: Concert at 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Fireworks after sunset
