Two Texas mothers are facing charges for leaving their kids alone locked in hot cars over the weekend.

In San Antonio, Angela Garza-Amador was arrested and charged with child endangerment for leaving her four-year-old, her two-year-old and a one-month-old infant in a locked car Friday afternoon while temps flirted with high 90s. The kids were hospitalized, released and expected to recover.

In Baytown near Houston, 28-year-old Lydia Aviles was getting her nails done Friday afternoon and while she left her car on with A/C running, it was not strong enough to cool the car where her two young children were waiting.

Aviles was released from Harris County Jail on a $20,000 bond and her kids were released to a family member. No injuries were reported.
