Play in Las Vegas and California Classic Summer Leagues is anything but like what the San Antonio Spurs will face when they suit up and take the court at the NBA level. But it is also a higher level of play than most prospects on the Summer Spurs ‘ and opposing rosters have faced before, and can tell us a lot about which players might succeed at the next level.

So the Spurs, at least for their part, take summer league play quite seriously, and put in the work with intense practices ahead of their exhibition tilts taking place this summer.
