UT Health San Antonio shared some of the best ways to ensure the best sleep environment. The first was setting the temperature between 60 and 67. Amy shared she keeps her house at 72 during the day and at night and it feels good for her. Lunchbox’s perfect thermostat temperature is 70. The list mentioned other ways that can help like having a programable fan, a thermostat that can automatically raise and lower the temperature, cooling sheets, and spending time in a public place with AC during the day and taking a cold shower or bath before bed. Bones does not like cold showers but he’s been playing pickleball in 90 degree weather and having a hard time cooling down afterwards, so he started taking a cold shower and it’s helped and felt good. He offered to pay for one month of Lunchbox and Amy’s bill if they were to keep their thermostat on 61 for a month!
