San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan is borrowing from Andy Reid in the most unexpected way

After losing two Super Bowls to him , some might see it is a good idea for Kyle Shanahan to pick up some tricks from Andy Reid.

But the 49ers head coach mimicking his Kansas City Chiefs counterpart's style choices was not something most would have had on their bingo card for 2024.

Yet as he attended star running back Christian McCaffrey's wedding, Shanahan was seen rocking a moustache of which Reid would be very proud.

Shanahan's facial hair is still not quite as impressive as that of tight end George Kittle , who was also in attendance along with fullback Kyle Juszczyk.

But maybe Shanahan believes a change in his look could bring a change in fortune for the 49ers when it comes to finally getting over the hump and winning the franchise's sixth Super Bowl title.

Unfortunately, we'll have to wait a few more weeks until training camp to find out if he plans to keep it for the 2024 campaign.
