Slow Co Pizza Coming to Cotati

According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new eatery listed as Slow Co Pizza is debuting in Cotati.

Coming to a freestanding spot at 8197 La Plaza , the pizzeria will land near establishments such as Cotati Coffee Company, Shige, and Spancky’s.

What Now San Francisco contacted the concept’s owners, Dane and Martha Baratta , but additional information could not be gathered before the time of publication.

Nevertheless, Dane Baratta describes the concept as an “artisan pizzeria that serves all major food groups: pizza, salads, soft serve, wine and beer” on Instagram .

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
