240-Year-Old Grocery Store in New Hampshire Still Going Strong
That was a dumb question. That is an enormous amount of time for anything, especially for a business. For 243 years, The Old Country Store and Museum in Moultonboro, New Hampshire, has held the title of oldest grocery store in the great state of New Hampshire. What's even more impressive,...

Dave Matthews Band began their two-night stand at Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, New Hampshire last night about 75 minutes later than expected due to inclement weather. Steve Fiorini: New style of photography is too dark and misses 65% of content
I have to compliment you on your “dark photography.” Seeing this now in a lot of publications. They are so dark you miss 65% of the picture’s content. It is like some of the new garbage I see on TV where the background music is louder than the dialogue. For example, what are you trying to show me with those photos of Bank NH Pavilion in Saturday’s paper? You sure must use a lot of black ink. Why would anyone want to see the actual content of a photograph or hear the dialogue in a movie or documentary? What is going on? What is wrong with you college educated people? Do we have to step back from everything that has been considered the “norm?” $250,000 for a gender study degree? I’m laughing at you people.

This year, on June 11, students at the school — including three who were part of the book project last year — presented a play based on that story.
