Illegal migrant arrested for 'raping' Albany girl, 15, in his car in crime-free upstate NY neighborhood
An illegal migrant has been arrested for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl in his car in upstate New York in May, it has been revealed. Sakir Akkan, 21, is accused of forcing the girl into his vehicle in Albany during the early hours of May 14 after first threatening her with a metal pole, according to court documents cited by News13. Akkan, from Turkey, allegedly then took off the victim's clothes off and raped her, the filing charges.
