    LCO tracksters compete at indoor meet

    The LCO Migiziwag track and field team competed in the Northern Lights Conference Indoor Championships Thursday April 4 at the Ashland High School Fieldhouse. The boys placed eighth out of 10 schools and the girls placed ninth out of 10 schools.

    Placing for the LCO boys were:

    4 X 200-meter relay: LCO third (Adam Martin, Gabe Bisonette, Eddie Benton, Thomas Quaderer), 1:53.37.

    55-meter hurdles: Adam Martin, fifth, 11.46 seconds;

    55-meter dash: Gabe Bisonette 15th, .96; Michael Rainey 20th, 8.37; Eddie Benton 22nd, 8.45; Gary Clause 23rd, 8.58.

    400-meter dash: Gary Clause 16th, 1:16.90.

    800-meter run: Thomas Quaderer fourth, 2:24.71.

    200-meter dash: Gabe Bisonette 13th, 28.12. Brayden Boswell 22nd, 31.96.

    Long jump: Thomas Quaderer seventh, 16-5; Adam Martin 10th, 15-2.

    Triple jump: Adam Martin fourth, 33-2.25.

    Shot put: Michael Rainey 15th, 25-5.25.

    Placing for LCO in the girls meet were:

    55-meter dash: Yasmin Roland-Dauphinais, 18th, 9.31; Rena McNabb, 21st, 9.57; Brenna Bruguier, 25th, 9.93.

    4 X 200-meter relay: LCO seventh (Aaliyah Alexander, Brenna Bruguier, Rena McNabb, Ally Larson), 2:17.92.

    200-meter dash: Aaliyah Alexander 13th, 33.65.

    Long jump: Ally Larson sixth, 13-8; Rena McNabb ninth, 12-3.
