When Seattle Storm guard Jewell Loyd is on top of her game, she might be the most lethal scorer in the entire WNBA.

Loyd went off for 34 points on 10 of 15 shooting from the field during the Storm's 89-77 win over the Indiana Fever Thursday night.

Loyd also suffered a brutal poke to the eye at one point in the first half. But after a brief visit to the locker room, Loyd returned to the court and kept dominating right away.

As a result of this awesome performance, Storm rookie Nika Muhl gave Loyd a new nickname that was shared on her Instagram story.

"THE COLDEST," Muhl wrote in her Instagram story on Thursday night along with a photo of Loyd's postgame comments.

Although Loyd was in the midst of a shooting slump before Thursday, the six three pointers she drained against Indiana proved that she's now past that.

Muhl also received some minutes at the game's end, after the Storm's victory was secured.

Fans even got to see her jostling against Clark for rebounds in the game's final few possessions.
