    4 arrested after driving a stolen vehicle in Shelton

    HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Four people, including two teens, were arrested in Shelton after being found driving a stolen vehicle.

    Bridgeport police officer faces stalking charges after arrest

    According to a release, an officer working a private duty job located the stolen Subaru Legacy on Shelton Avenue.

    After a short chase, the officer found the vehicle disabled on the side of the road. The driver fled on foot, but three occupants were still in the car, all males aged 15, 16 and 19.

    All of the occupants were arrested on site and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle. The driver, who was a 17-year-old male from Hamden, was arrested later on the same charge. 19-year-old Evan Cummings was released on a $10,000 bond.
