NorthBridge Secures $28M to Acquire Boston-Area Industrial Portfolio
JLL Capital Markets recently secured $27.8 million in financing for a four-building industrial portfolio totaling more than 300,000 square feet across the Greater Boston MSA. A team led by managing director Andrew Gray and director Ryan Parker represented NorthBridge Partners and arranged non-recourse acquisition financing through Bristol County Savings Bank.
Troop 382 Builds New Footbridge for Westborough’s Sandra Pond
By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Boy Scout Troop 382 has helped the Westborough Department of Public Works and Conservation Land Trust build a new footbridge over the Sandra Pond spillway. A spokesman for the Land Trust’s Stewardship Committee tells the Community Advocates the 24-foot-long footbridge is a great example of community collaboration. Officials say the goal is to keep hikers and fishermen from crossing the spillway and causing more damage to it. The DPW is next planning to build a path on both sides of the bridge.

Plans unveiled for Packer Ellis Tennis Courts

Toll free: Troopers help rescue grazing horse at side of Mass. Pike in Charlton
