In a celebration of shared experiences and timeless wisdom, the "Uniting Generations of South Dakota Women" event is set to take place at the Washington Pavilion. This engaging speaker series will occur on Tuesday, February 27, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Belbas Theater, located at 301 S Main Ave, Sioux Falls, SD.

The evening promises to be a tapestry of stories and reflections, as a panel of distinguished local women from diverse backgrounds and generations come together to share their life stories. The panelists, including leaders and advocates from various sectors, will provide attendees with a unique opportunity to glean wisdom from their personal and professional journeys.

The event will commence with opening remarks from Stephanie Herseth Sandlin, President of Augustana University, and will feature panelists such as Natalie Eisenberg, Candy Hanson, Wendy Mamer, Angelica Mercado-Ford, and Harriet Yocum. This gathering aims to foster a sense of unity and offers a platform for insightful dialogue on personal growth and intergenerational learning.

Furthermore, the event coincides with the "WOMEN: A Century of Change" exhibition, showcasing National Geographic photographs at the Visual Arts Center from February 16 through June 30. Supported by the South Dakota Humanities Council, this event is a testament to the enduring spirit and contributions of women in South Dakota.
