An arctic front will sweep across Southern California tonight into Thursday. The system will be nearly identical to the last one, but 20% weaker for precipitation, however 20% stronger in terms of the wind impacts.

Various areas of the forecast area will see different weather impacts, but to highlight the focus spots you can see the entire Southern California Weather Force wind, rain, and snow model.

    1. Kern Mountains will see the most snow out of all populated mountain locations, even beating out Big Bear.
    2. Widespread winds will move into the region.
    3. No rain for Los Angeles, with some rain for the Inland Empire down through San Diego’s forecast area.
    4. High waves along the coast through Thursday, some even over the 10-12 FT mark down through San Diego especially.
    5. Long Range shows no real large storm patterns at the current time as we remain in a cold and dry one.
