    Spokane Police investigating two drive-by shootings that happened Sunday

    SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police are asking the public for more information about two drive-by shootings that happened Sunday.

    According to police, calls came in just before midnight Sunday night for a shooting on North Stone Street.

    Several people said multiple shots were fired and cars quickly left the scene.

    Officers said they found shell casings in the road, but didn't see anyone shot.

    After midnight, a man arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot wound.

    Police said three people brought the man to the emergency room. The victim and three others were in a car when another man approached them, fired multiple shots, and drove off.

    The group said they did not know the shooter.

    The second shooting happened just before 5 a.m. Sunday morning on East Rich Avenue.

    Police said a vehicle was driving down the street when someone heard gunshots coming from the vehicle.

    Officers found shell casings near where the shooting was reported , but couldn't find any homes, cars, or people who were hit.
