Quinn Ewers is back in NIL headlines for Dr. Pepper Fansville cameo

Chalk up another big name NIL deal for Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers.

The Longhorns starting quarterback was unveiled as the new student athlete face for Dr. Pepper's Fansville campaign, premiering in a new ad as the Fansville deputy.

To call Ewers' appearance a cameo is a bit of an exaggeration. It's literally an instantaneous turnaround, with a nice glossy promo shot.

Good for Ewers.

If past is prologue, this most recent Dr. Pepper ad is likely to be the first of many that feature Ewers this fall. Given his increasing television workload and exposure, some of those forthcoming Fansville episodes might just be worth not skipping when they pop up on YouTube or your streaming service of choice.
