Sulphur residents confused after letter telling them to clear storm debris sent by mistake
OKLAHOMA CITY — The Sulphur city manager is trying to clear up confusion as residents were told storm debris had to be cleared out fast. A letter was recently sent out ordering residents to pick up debris from April's devastating tornado from outside their property within 10 days. The city manager, however, told KOCO 5 that's where it all went wrong and called it a simple mistake.
